Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Many Social, including brand workspaces, the creator marketplace, campaigns, chat, contracts, and payouts.

Last updated July 20, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account, accessing, or using Many Social ("Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. The Service

Many Social is a workspace platform for brands and creators to run user-generated content (UGC) and influencer programs. Depending on your account type, the Service may include:

  • Brand workspaces — manage creator rosters, campaigns, briefs, calendars, team members, and settings
  • Creator marketplace — discover creators, send hire offers, and join public campaigns
  • Content workflow — creators submit drafts; brands approve, request revisions, or decline before posting
  • Messaging — workspace chat between brands and creators
  • Contracts — create, send, and e-sign agreements for deliverables and payment terms
  • Payments & payouts — fund workspaces, schedule autopay, and pay creators via supported methods (such as Stripe Connect, PayPal, or crypto where enabled)
  • Performance tracking — pull and display social metrics (for example Instagram and TikTok) linked to creator profiles
  • Creator tools — profiles, for-hire settings, referrals, earnings estimates, and campaign participation

Features may vary by plan, region, or account type. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3.2 Account types

The Service supports brand accounts (workspaces that hire and manage creators) and creator accounts (profiles that join campaigns and receive payouts). You may only use features available to your account type. Brand team seats and invitations are controlled by workspace admins.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Creators who accept paid work are responsible for complying with advertising, tax, and platform rules in their locations.

4. Brands, creators & marketplace

Many Social facilitates relationships between brands and creators. We are not a party to campaign briefs, hire offers, contracts, or payment arrangements between users unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.

  • Brands are responsible for campaign terms, creative direction, approvals, usage rights, and paying creators according to agreed terms.
  • Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, linked social accounts, submitted content, and compliance with brand briefs and applicable laws (including disclosure of paid partnerships).
  • Hire offers, campaign joins, and contract signatures create obligations between the parties involved. Review terms carefully before accepting.

We may remove profiles, offers, or content that violate these Terms, marketplace guidelines, or law.

5. Content & licenses

5.1 Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit (including profile information, campaign materials, chat messages, contracts, and creative drafts). You grant Many Social a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

5.2 Social data

If you link social handles or enable tracking, you authorize us to fetch publicly available metrics and media metadata from third-party platforms to power dashboards, rankings, and payout estimates. Those platforms' terms also apply.

5.3 Feedback

Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

6. Payments, fees & payouts

Brands may purchase plans, fund wallets, or run payouts through the Service. Creators may receive earnings based on agreed payment methods (for example pay-per-view, flat fees, or revenue share) and schedules.

  • Payment processing is handled by third parties (such as Stripe or PayPal). Their terms govern the processing of funds.
  • Estimated pending amounts shown in the dashboard are informational and may differ from final settled amounts.
  • Platform fees, if any, will be disclosed in-product or in your plan. Taxes are your responsibility unless required otherwise by law.
  • Chargebacks, failed transfers, or incorrect payout details may delay or reverse payments. Keep payout methods current.

Referral or incentive programs (if offered) are subject to additional program rules and may change or end at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or impersonate others
  • Scrape, abuse APIs, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or other users
  • Manipulate metrics, fake engagement, or misrepresent followers, views, or identity
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited marketing outside permitted features
  • Circumvent security, access controls, or payment systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Confidentiality & communications

Chat, contracts, and campaign materials may contain confidential business information. Do not share other users' non-public content outside the Service without permission, except as required by law.

We may send transactional emails (account, security, payouts, invitations) and, where you opt in, product or marketing messages. You can manage marketing preferences in settings where available.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and design, is owned by Many Social and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or product assets except as needed to use the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate third-party social metrics, or that marketplace matches or campaigns will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANY SOCIAL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Many Social against claims arising from your content, campaigns, contracts with other users, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Courts in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, subject to applicable consumer protections.
